The Cayman roof blind is the perfect solution to keep your conservatory cool. Mounted to the top of your conservatory it stops the suns heat before it reaches the glass and therefore ensures your conservatory remains at a comfortable temperature all year round.
Slim lateral guides support the full cassette headbox which protects the fabric from all types of inclement weather when closed away. An air gap between the lateral guides and your conservatory roof ensure there is no heat build up under the blind. Hi-tech cables run through the lateral guides and into the front rail where they are tensioned via a heavy duty double coiled spring to ensure the fabric is perfectly taut at every position. The front rail is located in the lateral guides which ensures the roof blind opens and closes smoothly and stops any swaying of the material.
An optional extension upto 1.25m over the front of the structure offers as an additional benefit frontal sun protection when the blind is extended.
There are various mounting supports available allowing the Cayman to either be fitted directly to the top of your conservatory roof, to an adjacent wall or even height adjustable supports for overcoming obstructions such as roof vents.
The Cayman is available in the same great range of durable, spun dyed woven acrylic fabrics as our awnings. These fabrics will control the amount of heat and light entering your conservatory therefore creating a comfortable, pleasant environment. There is also a range of highly reflective fabrics available with optional micro perforations in the material that allow the view to be maintained and will significantly reduce the interior room temperature.
